[BioC] suggestions of books

Both "Microarray Bioinformatics" by Dov Stekel, and "Statistical Analysis of Gene Expression Microarray Data" edited by Terry Speed, are excellent books.

Apart from that, I find the Bioconductor mailing lists and documentation an essential resource, as is the microarray-norm at ebi.ac.uk mailing list.

I would like to receive suggestions of books about analyses of cDNA microarrays.

I would appreciate a lot if in these books there were examples of analyses, essentialy of analyses involving factorial design.
