[BioC] Problem with PAM using R 1.9.0

I noticed that you posted a problem with the PAM in R 1.9.0.  (I pasted
your post below in case you forgot.)  I am having the same error that
you had.  I did not see a response to your question, but did you happen
to figure out what R was doing?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
