[BioC] Supervised Clustering tutorials

Dear All,

We are currently working through the Machine Learning Lab written by Robert Gentleman and have got to a section of exercises.  The question asks (exercise 2), fit a model using the genes in trainSetand assess the fit of the model.  Our question is; what is the model, is it one of the clustering algorithms such as rpart or affinemodelfit (aroma).  Any help you can give would be great.
