[BioC] affy 1 cycle vs 2 cycle labeling kit

Hi there,

I wonder if anyone have compared the data correlation between the same 
sample labeled by Affy's one cycle labeling and two cycle labeling kit? 
The amount of some of my pooled samples is in the lower end of the one 
cycle labeling kit. Life would be easier if I use the two cycle kit. But 
as we all know, more processing steps and amplication may lead to 
variation. I am not sure whether I want to use the two cycle kit or just 
collect more samples. Any thoughts?
