[BioC] rhdf5 fails

Hello all,

I'm using MacOS10.3.2. I've just installed R1.8.1 from fink and have 
now tried to install bioconductor but have a problem. I can't install 
rhdf5.
I got the following;

make: *** [hdf_register.o] Error 1
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'rhdf5'
** Removing '/sw/lib/R/library/rhdf5'
Warning message:
Installation of package rhdf5 had non-zero exit status in: 
installPkg(fileName, pkg, pkgVer, type, lib, repEntry, versForce)
 From URL:  
http://www.bioconductor.org/repository/release1.3/package/Source
         rhdf5 version 1.3.0

  I install hdf5-1.4.5 manually.
So any suggestions on ways around this.
