[BioC] Bioconductor searchable archive

Hello Folks,

I often found myself needing a searchable
Bioconductor archive, so I ended up implementing one:

Finding relevant text by searching is notoriously
hard to efficiently implement, the site above uses a
MySQL feature that computes relevance scores of the
words. The results are sorted by the accumulated
relevance scores.
