11 Augst 2004: Rgraphviz - Many changes and improvements to Rgraphviz.
               There was a change to the API for subgraphs and the
               subGList mechanism.  Please refer to the vignette for

10 August 2004: altcdfenvs - 1.1-3 - Fix of the example with Plasmodium chips
               in the vignette, and addition of a list of Plasmodium probe set
