Hi Everyone I am doing a quantile normalization on 44 arrays and some 12480 probes. I then land in some memory problem. Is there a way of of doing the normalization in bits say 2 or 3 sets of arrays but still end with same quantile distribution for all arrays. Thanks. Steve.
