[BioC] re-built a GO package by using function "GOPkgBuilder"?

In Unix, go to the directory where the new GO package is stored and type R
INSTALL packageName. In Windows, open an R window, click the "Packages" menu bar
and then "Install package(s) from local zip file". You will have to build a
binary GO package if you are using Windows.
