Dear all:

I got a GO_ID, such as "GO:0042989" from the commend below:
> gg <- getGO(rownames(data.dat), data="YEAST")

However, the GO_ID cannot be matched by AmiGo database.
http://www.godatabase.org/cgi-bin/go.cgi?query=GO%3A0042989&view=query&sessi
on_id=93871069092363&action=query&search_constraint=terms

As a result, I got an error massage here,
> get("GO:0042989", env = GOCATEGORY)
> Error in get(x, envir, mode, inherits) : variable "GO:0042989" was not
found

How can I avoid this inconsistent annotation between "getGO()" and
"getGO()"?

Thank you for the help.
