I am a newbie too.
I have the same messages (Error in zip.unpack(fileName, lib) : cannot open file C:/PROGRA~1/R/rw1080/library/marrayInput/doc/marrayInput.pdf) because I was with file.pdf oppened.
Close R (q(save="no") and try again.
