[BioC] errors compiling Rgraphviz

I take that back - I definitely am getting the FIG_CodeGen parse error in
the 20031222 version of Graphviz, in trying to track down the root of the
compatability issues between Rgrahpviz & graphviz-current I missed that.

My original comment does still stand though, to use Graphviz 1.10 release.
