Try out our new web-based GO traversal tool at:

Our tool is:
a) based on R and SJava with an extensive object oriented structure.
b) can analyze probe-lists from a number of affy chips as well as
the NIA clone set for cDNAs.


In the future we plan the release of the R packages/ object structure we 
have developed.
