[Bioc-sig-seq] Problem loading PICS in Windows

Did you follow the documentation and installed GSL? It's explained in the vignette.
You might also want to look at:

We provide binary versions that you can download from the page above.

I will add a sentence in the description file, it's there for our other packages but not PICS.
Please let me know if you are still having problems.

Do you know how to solve the problem?
