Bioconductor is excited to announce an opportunity to recognize those making significant outstanding contributions to the Bioconductor community. The Bioconductor project is announcing the call for Bioconductor Awards, honoring various forms of contributions to the project. Four awardees will be selected, each having contributed to the project in an outstanding way based on one or more of selection criteria.  Please fill out the following form to nominate up to three people. The deadline for nominations is next Friday May 20, 2022.

The categories of criteria include:

Outstanding contributions enabling the uses of new informatic technology

Outstanding contributions enabling computational analysis or representation of data from new scientific technologies

Outstanding long term contributions

Outstanding community engagement and outreach

Outstanding documentations

Outstanding support site contributions

Outstanding new package contributions

One award will be dedicated to a junior developer.  Please consider nominating qualified individuals to receive this honor.
