Hi Kevin,

I wasn't able to use the precompiled binary when setting up Open Babel. I installed it from source but didn't know it was missing Eigen. I am going to put Eigen on Palomino3 then recompile Open Babel. I'll follow up if this clears up the error or if another approach is needed. Thanks for your patience.

Subject: [Bioc-devel] build error on ChemmineOB

***ATTENTION: This email came from an external source. Do not open attachments or click on links from unknown senders or unexpected emails.***

My package ChemmineOB 1.33.0 is failing to install or build:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__bioconductor.org_checkResults_devel_bioc-2DLATEST_ChemmineOB_palomino3-2Dinstall.html&d=DwIDaQ&c=mRWFL96tuqj9V0Jjj4h40ddo0XsmttALwKjAEOCyUjY&r=FKSqKXkUOES-D4VQb2jSn9QK7Vz5lE18rLcyn73CPhA&m=a8In2REw4pSAYqust9FDTyIIEGv7si4PaEtQ3Dd99cg&s=vjc2LHqHkQW-QIEmnhN3QeMjpsQ4BkivwsXlbfvWsXM&e= €€€€€€€

The error is:

c:/openbabel/src/x64/include/openbabel/math/align.h:26:10: fatal error:
Eigen/Core: No such file or directory
    26 | #include <Eigen/Core>
       |          ^~~~~~~~~~~~×

The expected location of the Eigen library is
-IC:/openbabel3/deps/eigin-3.3.7 . Could you please check that it is
installed at that location? Or if it should be somewhere else, please
let me know what the path is. Thank you.
