[Bioc-devel] build error on ChemmineOB

Hi Kevin,

I wasn't able to use the precompiled binary when setting up Open Babel. I installed it from source but didn't know it was missing Eigen. I am going to put Eigen on Palomino3 then recompile Open Babel. I'll follow up if this clears up the error or if another approach is needed. Thanks for your patience.

The error is:

The expected location of the Eigen library is
-IC:/openbabel3/deps/eigin-3.3.7 . Could you please check that it is
installed at that location? Or if it should be somewhere else, please
let me know what the path is. Thank you.
