Hi, Samuel.
If you are using the same GitHub login (your personal username, same SSH key, in other words), and you most likely are, there probably aren’t any Bioconductor changes to be made. For you, change the URL and perhaps the BugReports tags in the package DESCRIPTION file. And of course, for your local working copy, you’ll need to change the GitHub remote from your personal repo to the organization repo. The Bioconductor remote can remain the same.
Hope that helps.
Sean

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Convert personal count to organization
Hi,
I am the maintainer of three packages on Bioconductor (Prostar, DAPAR and DAPARdata). Until now, these packages are connected to my personal Github account (samWieczorek). I would now like to use an organization (in the Github sense).
I have already created an organization (prostarproteomics) and I would like to know how to change the account on the Bioconductor side and continue to synchronize between the Github/prostarproteomics and Github/Bioconductor accounts
Thanks in advance
Best
Samuel
