Hello,

If the ERROR comes from a dependency there is nothing you can do. You could reach out to the ReactomePA package to encourage them to fix the issue. As you can see from their build report, its failing to build and why it is not available for your package

bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ReactomePA/<http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/ReactomePA/>

Builds only occur once per day.  We see your changes in the Bioconductor git server. It can take anywhere from 12-36 hours to appear on the report.  See the top section here explaining timings;

bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/troubleshoot-build-report/<http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/troubleshoot-build-report/>

I would expect to see 1.5.2 on today's report or at latest tomorrow.

Cheers,

Subject: [Bioc-devel] Help for R package check

Hi bioc-devel,
I pushed the epihet to Bioconductor on Wen. And this morning I checked the result on the website bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/epihet/.

And I found the window environment there are error

ERROR: dependency 'ReactomePA' is not available for package 'epihet'

But this error is not from epihet package. Could you help me to fix it? And also I found epihet version still 1.5.1 even I update

DESCRIPTION document to 1.5.2, I dont know why.

Thanks.

Best,

Xiaowen
