There are a few issues.

I see the pushed changes but only on the master branch. The email you received indicated it also was failing on the Release 3.12 (RELEASE_3_12) branch.

Please see the instructions for pushing to both release and devel branches of Bioconductor:

bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/bug-fix-in-release-and-devel/

Secondly, Bioconductor will only propagate packages that have a valid version bump. When you pushed your changes to the master (devel 3.13) branch. It did not include a valid version bump. you need to bump the version to 1.1.1 in devel ...

Please note. When you push the changes to release, you need to follow the versioning described here. So the version bump on that branch would be 1.0.1.

Hope this helps

Subject: [Bioc-devel] How to Push a Bug Fix Live - MSstatsTMTPTM

Hello,

My package had a build error when it moved from development to live version of Bioconductor. I identified the issue and pushed a fix to the Bioconductor github repo. This fix went through on the development version and seemed to work but it has not been pushed live. Is there a way I can push this fix live so that the build error is removed? I've attached the error email I keep getting below.

Best,
Devon Kohler

Hi MSstatsTMTPTM maintainer,

According to the Multiple platform build/check report for BioC 3.12,
the MSstatsTMTPTM package has the following problem(s):

o ERROR for 'R CMD build' on malbec1. See the details here:
      https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmaster.bioconductor.org%2FcheckResults%2F3.12%2Fbioc-LATEST%2FMSstatsTMTPTM%2Fmalbec1-buildsrc.html&data=04%7C01%7Ckohler.d%40northeastern.edu%7C1b0e70543a0b41aab10b08d887fe050f%7Ca8eec281aaa34daeac9b9a398b9215e7%7C0%7C0%7C637408872372107316%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=hSHYSqTMEX7%2BoYX7brLmIMtv5Vz1dFEAYzsVq31H7%2FQ%3D&reserved=0

Notes:

  * This was the status of your package at the time this email was sent to you.
Given that the online report is updated daily (in normal conditions) you
could see something different when you visit the URL(s) above, especially if
you do so several days after you received this email.

  * It is possible that the problems reported in this report are false positives,
either because another package (from CRAN or Bioconductor) breaks your
package (if yours depends on it) or because of a Build System problem.
If this is the case, then you can ignore this email.

  * Please check the report again 24h after you've committed your changes to the
