It's a NOTE, you can't change the affiliation of the authors, so ignore it. The purpose of the note is to improve readability by enabling display in fixed-width windows (e.g., in github!) so make changes that are consistent with improving readability without degrading information.

          lines(3%) are not.
    
    The majority of the lines being shown are manual pages (pages in man
    folder) which are automatically created and out of my control.
    The remaining lines are Vignette lines in the " - name : " filed which has
    a strict format of two spaces.
    
    Shall I ignore these notes or is there any solution for it?
