Greetings,
I am developing a Bioconductor package.

After running    BiocCheck:::checkFormatting("CommunityAMARETTO",
nlines=Inf)

I receive
 * NOTE: Consider multiples of 4 spaces for line indents, 114
      lines(3%) are not.

The majority of the lines being shown are manual pages (pages in man
folder) which are automatically created and out of my control.
The remaining lines are Vignette lines in the " - name : " filed which has
a strict format of two spaces.

Shall I ignore these notes or is there any solution for it?
