[Bioc-devel] ExperimentHub package check fails on Windows

Hi all,

we have created a new package accessing ExperimentHub resources and noticed that some resources can’t be downloaded specifically on Windows when checking the package:

https://bioconductor.org/spb_reports/imcdatasets_buildreport_20201124074916.html <https://bioconductor.org/spb_reports/imcdatasets_buildreport_20201124074916.html>

It seems like one object can’t be loaded from cache: “cannot allocate vector of size 133.0 Mb” on arch ‘i386’ while the other object can’t be downloaded: “Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)” on arch ‘x64'.
Since the checks and builds are fine on Mac and Linux and the errors are inconsistent between the two Windows builds, we are not quite sure how to resolve this issue.
Any help is much appreciated!
Best and thanks in advance,

Nils
