[Bioc-devel] Changes not applied in bioc source

Hi Vinh,

I checked the installation from BiocManager. It seems the same version 1.1.2 is being installed by BiocManager as well as from the Bioconductor git repo.

Can you tell me how to test for this bug? I just ran the vignette but don't see an error.

It will be more helpful for us to debug this if you let me know how to reproduce the issue you are seeing. Or copy paste the issue at least.
