[Bioc-devel] Bioconductor build still has not completed

This was on our end. Our institution had a power outage that we think cause the builders to lose connection. The problem should be remedied and you should no longer have issues receiving build reports.

Hi Lori,

The package name is HiCLegos.

It is on the single package builder going through the submission process.

It finished building about a minute ago. Still it would be helpful to know why it took such a long time.

Thanks.

It would help to know what package you are talking about. And do you mean your package is on the single package builder going through the submission process or is it already accepted and in the git.bioconductor.org<http://git.bioconductor.org/> repo?

Hi,

My package was submitted to the build machine today morning (4-5 hours ago) and is yet to generate the build report.

The package is part of Bioc 3.8 and is still unreleased.

When I made pushes to the git repo before the builds would complete within a few minutes. The latest push fixed minor bugs.

Are the build machines down? Is this happening to any other package? Is there a way I can access the build machine logs?
