Hi Erik,
Thanks for noticing this. The landing pages update every 20 minutes but because the builds only occur once a day the package version on the page only change once a day.
Yesterday the build script that generates the list of packages to be propagated (i.e., versions have been bumped) took longer than expected. This meant the next script didn't know which packages to push to master.bioconductor.org. This was a hiccup and did not happen with today's builds. Version 0.99.3 was propagated and is now on master.bioconductor.org.
I've re-run the script that generates the landing pages and we now see 0.99.3:

Hey, Bioconductors!
I recently got my package (seqCAT) accepted into bioconductor and Im now trying to fix the last things before release (this is my very first R package). I updated the NEWS file and updated the version number and pushed to the Bioconductor git repository; it successfully builds, and the correct version is listed in the build report. It is still listing the previous version in the devel landing page, though. Did I do something wrong, or are the landing pages just very slow to update? The vignette linked to in the landing page is also for the previous version.
Thanks!
Erik
