[Bioc-devel] NEWS file hasn't been updated in the devel branch of package cbaf

I didn't do anything and the file at the URL has not changed since last
time I checked it (more than 6h ago). As I said earlier it's not
uncommon to experience caching issues. It can help to restart your
browser to clear them. Downloading the file with wget or curl e.g.

   wget http://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/news/cbaf/NEWS

is also more likely to give you the current file. Unless the caching
problem is on the server side which is what happens sometimes with
Amazon CloudFront (in which case one needs to wait and re-try later).
