Yes, that's correct; Martin helped us make that change a few weeks ago and
it appears the svn-remote* in the config file are also updated:

svn-remote.devel.url=https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor//trunk/madman/
Rpacks/trena

svn-remote.devel.fetch=:refs/remotes/git-svn-devel
