I see on the git-server that your changes have been made. Regarding the bioconductor-mirror (the link you refer to), that is stagnant, i.e, we will be deprecating that mirror entirely. So you will not see any further changes on that. (https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2017-August/011329.html)

If you intend to maintain a Github version of your package (a lot of maintainers do), then please follow this link. (http://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/maintain-github-bioc/). 

Once you go through those steps, you are responsible for maintaining your package on Github. You can follow the rest of the help page and the FAQ section for more information. If you have ay further questions, feel free to post on this thread.
