[Bioc-devel] Commiting from git to svn

Try following the steps under "Dealing with prior history / merge 
conflicts" on the git mirror page:
http://www.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git-mirrors/

Using "git cherry-pick" instead of rebase seems to avoid a lot of errors.
