Indeed they are, thanks a lot! There is one warning left on macOS,

due to deprecation warnings:

	'register' storage class specifier is deprecated [-Wdeprecated-register]

at https://github.com/sneumann/mzR/blob/master/src/boost/regex/src/regex_raw_buffer.cpp#L39

with some background in:

=> I now removed "register" in https://github.com/sneumann/mzR/commit/c8d2d5db0c0a1821e1465bba68e69131a66eb218
which should fix this warning. Could you push to SVN ?
