[Bioc-devel] Bioc-devel, Travis & OS X build failure

Hi,

Recently something happened that broke Travis builds for Bioconductor devel
version on OS X. I found several packages affected by it:

The problem seems to appear from bad order of packages installation. So in
the first two examples RSQLite package is being installed later then
packages depending on it (org.Hs.eg.db and reactome.db).

Does anyone have an idea why this could happen? Have something OSX-specific
changed with new Bioc-devel version?
