[Bioc-devel] Survey on interactive visualization and Bioconductor

Dear BioC developers,

As part of an NIH grant for developing interactive visualization tools for
genomic data we want to reach out to the Bioconductor community for your
thoughts on how these tools could be used within your data analysis
activities. Please participate in this short survey and help us understand
where we can make the biggest difference for the Bioconductor community.

We look forward to hearing from you. Our goal is to present results of this
survey and discuss with the BioC community at the BioC conference later
this month. We also plan to have a design/hackathon session at the
conference, where we hope to develop ideas for tools that respond to needs
that come up through this survey.
