Hi all, the package 'cellHTS' will be deprecated in the upcoming Bioconductor 3.3 release, with limited maintenance and support. Users of 'cellHTS' are encouraged to switch to 'cellHTS2' which offers better functionality for working with multiple screens and with multi-channel screens.
