[Bioc-devel] moving package from annotation to experiment data

It got added to the wrong repos.

You'll see it matches the other
  FlowSorted.XX.450k packages
of which there are 3 experimental packages with different values of XX
(Blood, CordBlood, DLPFC).  This is reference data for 450k experiments on
sorted (isolated) cell types.  It is experimental data, but it is kind of
used in a annotation-like manner, for example in the estimateCellTypes
function in minfi where you basically take
  own samples + reference data
and get cell type composition estimates.  Since it is experiment data, I
think the right place is the experiment data part of the repos (the
packages are also big).
