[Bioc-devel] git-svn-mirror problem committing

I am having issues committing to new package 'epivizrServer'. The error
reported by 'git svn dcommit' is printed below. Links to github repos below

Current branch devel is up to date.

ones (if any) seem to be successfully integrated into the working tree.
