Thank you for all the answers and that is great to get the rest of the error output.

Just to clarify, is there a way for me to retrieve myself the file /Users/biocbuild/bbs-3.3-bioc/meat/SWATH2stats.Rcheck/tests/test-all.Rout.fail on morelia (and similar on zin2) that Brian just sent me, or not? If yes, how can I access this?
