[Bioc-devel] Important: Bioconductor 3.1 branch to be created today - do not commit during this time

Hello BioC developers,

We will be creating the Bioconductor 3.1 branch today at 12:30 PM
Seattle time. (19:30 UTC). This is about an hour from now.

Please stop all commits to trunk before 12:30PM and do not resume until
further notice.

We will send another email when it is OK to resume commits. The
process (once it starts) should not take more than an hour.
