Forgot to say that:
I check in the 
https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/oneChannelGUI/
and the package is there
  but it does not appear on the page:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/2.13/bioc-LATEST/
