I am implementing "More like this" function to find similar functionality code.
This function will provide an simple automatic recommendation of similar
source code when you look a file in bioconductor package.
Example:
1. Search your keyword "trimLRPatterns"
http://search.bioconductor.jp/codes?query=trimLRPatterns
2. Click "trimLRPatterns.R" and just look sidebar
http://search.bioconductor.jp/codes/4540
