[Bioc-devel] BioC 2.5: link to package index now marked as "Missing"

Here's a Rd link which has worked for many years in the html and chm help 
pages, and still works fine in R 2.10.10:

   \link[limma:00Index]{LIMMA contents page}

Despite working fine, this is now flagged in R 2.10.0 cmd check as a 
"Missing" link.

I understand that this is not an officially supported style of link, yet 
it seemed useful.

Must it be removed now for BioC 2.5?
