Gilbert,
Thanks for the double checking this. Kasper Hansen has mentioned a 
Graphviz upgrate to the BioC build maintainers (Herve Pages and me) and 
we are experimenting with Graphviz 2.24.0 on the build machines.  As is 
typical with a new release of Graphviz, we are experiencing some issues 
on Windows when we are writing Graphviz objects to file:

We are trying to resolve this issue and will get back to the mailing 
list when we are finished.
