Yes. Usually if your package errors on only one or two of the build 
machines the problem is specific to that machine, which is the case here.

Nothing, but keep your eye on things. Between release cycles as people 
update packages the build machines can get off-cycle (as here - it 
appears that the golubEsets package has been updated but Biobase hasn't 
yet). These things are usually resolved in a day or two, and certainly 
will be by the time the next release rolls around.
