In order to prepare for the BioC 2.2 release, I ask all developers to 
hold off all check-ins into

https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk

starting today at 11pm GMT, which for those is the US is 7pm EDT / 4pm 
PDT. This check-in moratorium will last about 2 - 3 hours, and I will be 
sending another e-mail around when it is safe to make your check-ins
