The SuperArrays are a commercial product, so all plates of the same type
will have the genes being interrogated arranged consistently from one
plate to another. The design is based on a single sample per plate
(i.e., one sample, multiple genes) rather than the convention with most
PCR runs of multiple samples, single (or very few) genes.
