[Bioc-devel] affy creates ExpressionSet-based AffyBatch

The development version of affy has been modified to create
ExpressionSet-based (actually, eSet) AffyBatch objects, rather than
exprSet.

Packages depending on affy need to be updated accordingly. Usually the
key is to identify appropriate methods (e.g., exprs(obj)) for what
before might have been direct slot access.

Instances of AffyBatch can be updated with updateObject(oldAffyBatch)

The changes are substantial, so please do not hesitate to let me know
of bugs.
