[Bioc-devel] bugfix for affxparser in BioC 1.9

Bugfixes:
* Memory bug in the Fusion SDK when reading many
   small chunks of a cdf file
   (affected file: fusion_sdk/file/CDFFileData.cpp
* Problems when reading non-null terminated strings
   (affected file: R_affx_cdf_extras.cpp)
* Small problem when using readCdfUnits with the argument
   stratifyBy = "mm" - it returned pm values instead of mm.

This brings affxparser to version 1.6.2 in Bioconductor 1.9 and the  
update is recommended for all users.
