[Bioc-devel] RFC: Guidelines for updating the release branch

Seth,

Seems good to me, except for one thing - I don't know if you can assume 
that everybody will know how to grep out the packages that depend on 
their package. It might be worth it to give an idea how this might be 
accomplished.
