Legacy .First.lib call in CRAN package fMultivar

This package is using .First.lib to load its compiled code, and that
workaround will be removed shortly (it was only ever intended to help
transitioning for 2.14.0 a year ago).

This should be replaced by .onLoad now all packages have namespaces,
or preferably by a useDynLib declaration in the NAMESPACE file.

So we need an update to the package which does not use .First.lib.

There may be other issues that need fixing: see the CRAN check logs at
http://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_NAME.html,
replacing NAME by the name of your package.
