fUtilities package

Dear Elena,

fUtilities is officially deprecated, i.e., should no longer be
installed, nor if possible used.
Here's the corresponding entry in its DESCRIPTION file:

Note: This package is *deprecated* --- its functionality
 now is provided (and maintained!) mainly in package  fBasics;
 and some also in  timeDate  and timeSeries.

Try to install these other 3 packages. They should provide everything you need.
