Package fUtilities_2110.78.tar.gz has been checked and built

I think  that  fUtilities  has been deprecated for a
long time.

Shouldn't we  "defunct" it now, i.e., ask the CRAN maintainers
to put the last version into the 'Archives' ?

{ and people will get an error when trying to install fUtilities from CRAN,
 from then on }

??
